I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and practical, but unfortunately, my room's glass wall was not clean. On the bright side, the room itself was very clean and beautiful.

The service was top-notch, with friendly staff from reception to room service and the restaurant. The room featured brand new furniture and a marvelous view. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Hegazy, Mohamed Yousef, Mahmoud Aly, and Essam for their exceptional service.

The location was exceptional, with great proximity to city attractions and being near a mall and Starbucks. Thanks to the spa center staff, transform spa therapist, Mr Ussam, and other team members who made our stay comfortable.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were not only very clean but also beautiful, spacious, functional, practical, and oh-so comfortable. The service was more than amazing, especially thanks to Mr Mostafa Naguib, Mr Osama Selim, and of course, Ms. Mirna Sherief. The location was exceptional, close to city attractions and with great amenities nearby. The dining experience was top-notch with excellent chefs and courteous staff. I was impressed!
